The First Lady Boutique wants your purchases to arrive at their proper destination in excellent condition and we take extra care in packaging each item to prevent damage while in transit. We process orders in the order that they are received. Current processing time is 3-5 business days starting the business day after order placement. (Not including shipping time.)
At this time we only ship to addresses within the United States. The First Lady Boutique uses either Priority Mail or UPS ground or UPS 3-Day Select, whichever is more cost effective to ship packages within the United States. Shipping rates are based on the actual weight of the package.
Standard shipping time for orders is 5-10 business days. We generally ship Monday-Wednesday, so our candles are not left in the shipping trucks over the long weekends. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
All Alaska and Hawaii and APO/FPO and PO box addresses will be shipped by Priority Mail only.

If your package shows any signs of damage, breakage, etc. and your order was shipped by UPS, call UPS immediately at 1-800-742-5877. Save all wrapping and packaging material and the broken item for carrier inspection.
