Our Promise to you is to provide the highest quality products at the fairest and most reasonable price possible. We hand-pour each candle when your order is placed. Once an order is received it is shipped within 5-7 business days. Holidays and very large orders may incur a longer delay time for shipping.
We will always E-Mail you if the order is delayed.
We stand behind the quality in every candle we pour and offer a 100% guarantee on every product we sell! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the purchase price less shipping of any candle that has not been lit or any product that has not been used within 30 days of the date we ship to you. If, a product is defective we will replace it for free and include a refund on shipping charges you may incur in returning it.
Please note: CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
If you should receive a damaged item, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier immediately. You must also contact us immediately to report the damage. Please save all of the original packaging material and the damaged item for carrier inspection!
